Belinda started out working in a local coffee shop and motel through out her high school years. This experience made her realize she loved the restaurant business. Thus causing her to further her education at the Atlantic Tourism and Culinary Institute in Charlottetown PEI.

As a 2003 graduate of the Hotel/Restaurant Management Program she knew there was no mistake this is the industry she wants to be in. After graduation Belinda gathered more experience working at The Lucy Maud Dining Room in Charlottetown PEI.

Belinda's goal in the restaurants she works in is to make it the best dining experience a person can have from the time they make the reservation to the time they walk out the doors!
